Pity planner
| Next guarantee | Spins to go | Still missing | AFK hours |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mythic or better · 175 | 175 | 175 | 43.8 |
| Arcane or better · 350 | 350 | 350 | 87.5 |
| Lyth · 3,500 | 3,500 | 3,500 | 875 |
Spins to go = guarantee − current pity. Each missing spin is 15 minutes in the AFK chamber, so AFK hours = missing spins ÷ 4.
Normal spins and lucky spins both move all three counters, so codes, quests and the AFK chamber feed the same guarantees. The chamber pays one lucky spin every 15 minutes, which turns every missing spin into a quarter hour of idling and puts an empty Mythic counter almost 44 hours away on AFK alone.
Summon odds
These are the launch odds for a single summon, and each rarity's share is split evenly between the weapons inside it. However the rolls fall, the pity thresholds restored on 4 October cap how long any rarity can take.
| Rarity | Share of one summon | Weapons | Each weapon |
|---|---|---|---|
| Epic | 78.86% | Rubber Man, Cosmic Warrior, Thunder Prodigy | Shared 78.86% pool |
| Legendary | 16.82% | Twisted Agony, Kings Gambit | 8.41% |
| Mythic | 4.21% | Lights of Divinity, Guts, Shanks, Alucard | 1.05% |
| Arcane | 0.11% | Cursed King | 0.11% |
| Lyth | 0.0001% | Cataclysm | 0.0001% |
At those odds about one summon in 23 lands Mythic or better, so a natural Mythic almost always shows up long before spin 175. Arcane is different: a natural Cursed King comes about once in 908 summons, which means roughly two players in three will reach the 350-spin guarantee first. A natural Cataclysm at 0.0001% is a curiosity; in practice the 3,500-spin counter is the only route to it.
How pity counts
Since the rollback on 4 October every summon counts toward all three guarantees, whether it was paid with a normal spin or a lucky spin. That makes the AFK chamber, which only pays lucky spins, a real pity source rather than a side reward.
The thresholds moved twice in launch week, so older videos and tier lists may quote different numbers. Only the 4 October rollback values apply now.
| When | Mythic | Arcane | Top tier | Spins that counted |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 October performance update | 175 | 250 | 2,750 | Every spin |
| 4 October mega-patch, briefly | 200 | 400 | 3,750 | Lucky spins only |
| 4 October rollback, current | 175 | 350 | 3,500 | Every normal and lucky spin |
One more launch-week slip is worth knowing: on 2 October the top-tier pity was briefly given as 12,500 spins by mistake. The apology for that typo, the BIGTYPO code, still pays 100 lucky spins, the same as 25 hours in the AFK chamber.
The AFK chamber
Standing in the AFK chamber pays 10 coins every second, 50 gems every 2 minutes and 1 lucky spin every 15 minutes. The 2 October rework raised these rewards by 15%, and they are unchanged in Update 1.
Per hour that is 36,000 coins, 1,500 gems and 4 lucky spins. An eight-hour overnight session adds 288,000 coins, 12,000 gems and 32 lucky spins. Reaching the Mythic guarantee from an empty counter on AFK alone takes 43 hours 45 minutes, the Arcane guarantee 87 hours 30 minutes and the Lyth guarantee 875 hours, so the chamber works best as a top-up between active sessions.
Before a long idle session, enter your counter and the spins you hold in the planner above; its AFK column shows how many hours of idling stand between you and each guarantee, at four lucky spins per hour.
Spin discounts and Instant Spins
Two gamepasses change summoning itself. VIP at 499 Robux makes spins 15% cheaper and VIP+ at 899 Robux makes them 25% cheaper; both also add a coin bonus from runs and a VIP title. Instant Spins, 149 Robux since Update 1, skips the summon and trait-reroll animations and keeps working during Auto Spin and Auto Reroll, with an Instant switch to turn it off. It is the newest of the four passes, created on the day Update 1 launched.
None of the four passes changes the odds or the pity thresholds. They only change how fast and how cheaply you get through spins, which matters most for players working toward the 3,500-spin Lyth counter: at 25% off, VIP+ saves the price of 875 spins over the full count. The VIP perks were briefly altered in the 4 October mega-patch and restored the same day, and any purchase, even Instant Spins, awards the rare Loyal Spender badge.
A spending plan for new accounts
Redeem every code first: together they add more than 1,100 lucky spins and nearly 300 normal spins, which is enough to see several Mythics and to reach the 350-spin Arcane guarantee on its own.
After that, the AFK chamber and the daily and weekly quests keep spins coming. Check your counter before each session: if you sit within a few dozen spins of 350, finishing the Arcane guarantee for Cursed King is usually worth more than spreading spins thinly. The long 3,500-spin Lyth counter is a project for weeks, not an evening, so plan it alongside the Spirited Away raid, which drops a Lyth weapon without any spins.
Idling still adds up over a week. One eight-hour night in the chamber pays 32 lucky spins, so seven nights cover 224 summons, more than the whole gap from an empty counter to the 175-spin Mythic guarantee and almost two thirds of the way to the Arcane one.
Summons and pity FAQ
What is the pity in Anime Zero?
Anime Zero guarantees a Mythic or better within 175 spins, an Arcane or better within 350 spins and a Lyth weapon within 3,500 spins. Since the 4 October rollback every normal and lucky spin counts toward all three counters at the same time.
Do lucky spins count toward pity?
Yes. Briefly on 4 October only lucky spins counted, but the same-day rollback restored the earlier rule, and now both normal spins and lucky spins advance the Mythic, Arcane and Lyth counters by one per summon, whichever kind of spin you use.
How long does the AFK chamber take to reach pity?
The AFK chamber pays one lucky spin every 15 minutes, or four per hour. From an empty counter that is 43 hours 45 minutes to the 175-spin Mythic guarantee and 87 hours 30 minutes to the 350-spin Arcane guarantee, so most players combine it with codes and quests.
