Anime Zero Update Log

Anime Zero has changed almost every day since early access opened on 30 September 2026. Its history runs from a first LY* place in November 2025 through launch week to Update 1 and the two-accessory poll of 6 October, and the patches that moved pity, payouts and weapon damage are the ones that still shape how you play.

Use the filter to narrow the list to the months before launch, launch week or Update 1. Patch notes go up in the official Discord first, and since Update 1 the lobby also has an Update Log popup.

Update 1 landed on 5 October, and the game's Roblox title has carried the [FLAME DIRECTOR] tag since. Its headline is the Spirited Away raid, a Nightmare-only fight through a bathhouse that ends against No-Face and drops Paramita Pyre, the second Lyth weapon and the first that cannot be summoned.

The patch also added unit storage, a Keep Traits list for rerolling, a Claim All button for quests, the lobby Update Log popup and a tour for new players, made the HxH boss Hisoka's cards dodgeable, and put the Instant Spins pass on sale, the first pass added since the three created on 20 September. Three codes came with it, UPDATESOONWEPROMISE, NEWRAID and SORRYFORDELAY, and the same day's BIG PATCH buffed both Lyth weapons. In the raid, No-Face's shadow clone at half health is the main test.

The balance week of 2 to 4 October

The first full week reshaped the economy. On 2 October a performance update introduced the six named weapon synergies, a guard bar for blocking, material pity after five dry runs and a material shop, while the AFK rework raised idle rewards by 15% and almost quadrupled Story payouts. A typo that day put the top-tier pity at 12,500 spins, and the BIGTYPO code followed as an apology. LESSLAG, the code from the performance update, still redeems for 5,000 coins, 300 gems, 25 lucky spins and a few extra spins or rerolls.

On 3 October the difficulty rebalance fixed enemy health at 0.85, 1.3, 1.6 and 2 times. On 4 October the balance mega-patch renamed Zenless to Lyth, made Infinite pay for every wave, added Sniper, Overkill, Razor Focus and Deadeye, reworked crits and added eight cosmetic titles. It also changed pity to count lucky spins only, at 200, 400 and 3,750, until a same-day rollback restored every-spin counting at 175, 350 and 3,500 along with the VIP perks.

Launch, Patch 1 and the age restriction

Early access opened at 12:30 AM EST on 30 September, with four codes ready on day one: AZISOUT, LETSGO, HOP3YOU3NJOY and RELEASE. Patch 1 on 1 October added the HxH map, whose areas sit behind rubble that takes at most 30% damage per hit, plus a create-lobby menu that previews material drops, kill popups, parry sounds, chat titles and a damage rebalance. The four Roblox badges went live the same day, and the two patch codes from that day, PATCH1 and PATCH2, still redeem.

Growth was fast: one million visits arrived within two days and more than 10,000 players were online at once by 3 October, when the 1MVISITS code marked the milestone with 50,000 coins, 300 lucky spins and 200 trait rerolls. That evening Roblox briefly age-restricted the game. It came back for all ages on 4 October with no data lost, and three recovery codes, SERVERLIVE67, BENICE2ME and BACKUPSTRONGER, thanked players for waiting.

Before early access

Anime Zero's history on Roblox starts with an earlier LY* universe created on 12 November 2025 and now called Anime Zero [OLD PLACE]. It is private and inactive, so nothing from it carries over. The current universe was created on 16 July 2026, and VIP, VIP+ and 2X Drop Rate were set up on 20 September, ten days before players could get in. Today they cost 499 Robux for VIP, 899 for VIP+ and 699 for 2X Drop Rate, and the fourth pass, Instant Spins at 149 Robux, followed with Update 1 on 5 October.

The owner, heiyun, released the 1 minute 50 second trailer on 29 September. It opens on the LYT Studios logo, then tours the neon lobby with its WEAPONS building and ACHIEVEMENTS portal before cutting to the Sakamoto street and its Suit enemies, and it closes on the 30 September release time and the discord.gg/animezero invite. That Discord is still where codes and patch notes appear first.
